We are about to enter the second month of 2010 and many of us may be feeling like we failed if we didn’t stick to our resolutions.
Fear not there is still time to salvage them. It just takes some re-wiring of your brain. Turns out we need to make new brain connections to make new habits. Think of skiing down fresh powder and leaving new tracks. To make those tracks into a well traveled trail that isn’t so difficult and bumpy we need to go over the tracks several times.
